Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The data controller is Luma Restyle di Jimmy, based at Via Fontecese 8, 06024 Gubbio (PG), Italy, VAT no. 04005450541. 2. Data collected through the contact form

This website consists of static pages, without its own server or database that collects and stores data entered by users. When a visitor fills in the form in the "Contact" section (first and last name, town or area, type of work, message), this data is used only to generate a pre-filled message that the visitor sends themselves through their own WhatsApp app or, where indicated, their own email program. Data entered in the form is not transmitted to a site server or saved by Luma Restyle di Jimmy before this is sent: it is the user, through a voluntary action, who decides to send it via WhatsApp or email.

3. Data collected automatically and server logs

Only if the user accepts statistics cookies through the banner shown on their first visit, the site uses Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited) to collect aggregated browsing statistics, such as pages visited, visit duration, traffic sources and device type. The legal basis is the user's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. Google may also process data outside the European Union, within the safeguards required by law (see Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy for details). In addition, as with any website, the hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A.) may automatically record standard technical logs (for example IP address, date and time of requests, browser type) for security purposes and to ensure the server runs correctly.

4. Purpose and legal basis of processing

Any data received via WhatsApp or email is used solely to respond to requests for information, quotes or contact voluntarily sent by the user. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), together with the consent implied by voluntarily sending the message.

5. Disclosure of data to third parties

Messages sent via the WhatsApp button or the contact form pass through the WhatsApp messaging service, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, or through the email provider chosen by the user: from that point on, the respective privacy policies of these services apply, which the data controller does not directly control. Luma Restyle di Jimmy does not sell, transfer or disclose data received to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data retention

Messages received remain in Jimmy's WhatsApp chat or personal email inbox, subject to those tools' own retention settings. The data controller processes and retains data only for as long as necessary to handle the request received and for any contractual, accounting or tax obligations linked to work actually carried out.

7. Rights of the data subject

As a data subject, you have the right to ask the data controller at any time, using the contact details given above, for:

• access to your personal data;
• correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• erasure of data, where possible;
• restriction of processing in certain cases;
• data portability, where applicable;
• objection to processing, on legitimate grounds.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) if you believe the processing of your data breaches applicable law.

8. Minors

This website is not specifically aimed at minors under 16 and is not designed to knowingly collect personal data from minors. Anyone under 16 is asked not to submit personal data through the contact form without the consent of a parent or guardian.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated over time, for example if the website, hosting or the tools used change (such as adding analytics or marketing services). The date of the last update is shown at the bottom of the page.
